Considering the emerging Personalization trend, our goal was to provide an experience for customers to personalize Natura’s cosmetics packaging.
The unavailability of a machine on the market that met all our needs (such as low cost, ease of transport, and ability to engrave diverse materials), encouraged us to develop proprietary technology. More than creating a new interaction platform, we designed a unique experience for consumers.
After a short nine-month period, we launched this innovative experience in the first Natura store in Asia, located in the Sunway Pyramid Mall (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia).
